Shipping Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes JMAR Collection to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees JMAR Collection may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

How Much is Shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
 

How Long Does Shipment Take?

All orders leave our facility within 1-4 business days excluding FedEx Overnight which ships within 1 business day. At checkout, select the shipment method of your choice.

US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days) 

2. FedEx Express (1-4 business day to process + 2 business days for shipping) -- Free for orders over $100
3. FedEx Overnight *Ships the same business day if placed by 12:00 PM Est.

International and Canadian Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (14-30 business days) *This option will only appear if your order weighs under four pounds.
2. USPS Priority mail (6-21 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)

*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

You will receive a tracking number via E-mail once your order has been shipped

Returns

Due to current Covid-19 circumstances we do not accept refunds or exchanges. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 5 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 5 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.

  • Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.

  • Non-returnable merchandise include sale products, swimwear, and bodysuits.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to JMAR Collection

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

  • JMAR Collection diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

  • Store Credit is valid only at www.Jmarcollection.com

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

 


WHEN MAKING AN RETURN:

  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.

  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.

  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
